Sales + Social Manager

• Sales: Creating the Ultimate Customer Experience and Develop Customer Relationships
First and foremost, our #1 priority...Creating the ultimate customer experience by connecting with customers and developing relationships.
• Social Media: Being the reliable face of Lena Larose
Schedule, plan, and execute content for Instagram posts, stories, and reels. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service in social platforms.
• Merchandise Sales Floor and Displays
Responsible for planning and building visual sales floor and window displays, displaying new product and current best sellers to generate maximum sales.
• Create Promotional Activities • Facilitate Store Events and Trunk Shows
Create customer marketing campaigns by Simple text (text) and Constant Contact (email) weekly. Collaboratively planning, promoting, and hosting store events and trunk shows to drive additional customer traffic.
• Represent Customer Service Department
Be the voice/face of the Customer Service Department for our Boutique, responding to customer concerns via email/simple text.
• Monitor and report retail KPI’s
Responsible for tracking key performance indicators for retail sales and reporting to the store manager to ensure the store is meeting sales targets.
•Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
•Photoshop, POS, photography, and social media skills are a plus...not necessary if you are able to pick up skills quickly
•Self-driven and self-disciplined
•Taking responsibility for jobs assigned, often with minimal supervision
•Having a positive, friendly, and professional disposition
•Being a team player with the ability to work independently
•Multi-tasking, being able to prioritize multiple jobs
•Strong attention to detail
1 to 2 Saturdays a month 11-5
