Lena Larose Return Policy
We hope you love your purchases from Lena Larose! However, if you get your item and it does not work, we are happy to return under the following conditions:
Merchandise must be returned within 10 DAYS of you receiving your package. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all of its original tags still attached. Shoes must be unworn and returned in its original packaging and condition. Should your item have a defect or damage, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package

Forms of Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, and Visa), and Paypal. Cash and Gift Certificates are accepted in-store only.
Local taxes, if within Georgia, will be added to your order
Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.
For overnight or express shipping, please call us at (678) 957-9336 during regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange shipping. We offer FEDEX 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for express orders placed over the phone. Overnight orders must be placed before 4 pm that day to be elligible for next day delivery.
Lena Larose respects the privacy of its customers and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Lena Larose does not disclose any of your personal information that you provide either during registration or in your profile. All of our customers' profile information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. At any point our customers can access their account information, and have the opportunity to correct, update, or modify this information.
