Job Description
We are seeking an individual passionate about fashion to join our team. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will play a vital role in creating memorable, welcoming experiences. You have a deep understanding of current fashion trends, product knowledge, and the skill to introduce clients to exciting new brands. In this role, you will embody the values of Lena Larose, working to make every customer feel valued, confident, and well cared for.
Responsibilities
- Creating the ultimate client experience by building relationships that result in sales through value-added service.
- Manage awareness of seasonal fashion trends, collection inspiration, and the fit and fabrication of all products.
- Use open communication with all colleagues and encourage constant team spirit.
- Skilled in visual merchandising and product displays i.e. Racks are visually appealing, and displays are neat and organized.
- Ensure follow-through on commitments to customers, coworkers, and others.
- Assist on social media platforms on weekends
- Support in maintaining store appearance and inventory through day-to-day
- Be on time, focused, prepared, enthusiastic, and positive.
Experience
- Experience in retail sales or hands-on fashion experience, with a strong interest in building a career in the fashion industry.
- Must be available to work at least one weekday and Saturdays.
- Must be available to work during special event periods including Black Friday and must have a flexible schedule during the holiday season.
- Candidates with relevant experience, college students, or recent graduates preferred; this position may offer college credit or internship experience.
